Pause. Examine. Discover.
Feeling stuck?
Any of the following sound familiar?
-
With your career success and demands, you are finding it difficult to prioritize quality time with your family.
-
You joined the sandwich generation and want to integrate care for your aging parent into your life.
-
You're now an empty-nester and feeling a little lost.
-
You are preparing for or adjusting to retirement changes (purpose, financial, lifestyle, health).
-
The loss of a loved one has affected you more than you imagined.
Life Markers
Things happen in life. These events, or life markers, can affect us emotionally, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Life markers can be planned (e.g., getting married, starting a family, growing in our career) or unplanned (e.g., losing a job, unexpected health issues, losing a loved one).

A life marker can be challenging, and multiple life markers at the same time can be overwhelming.

Together, we will create a comfortable and confidential space to explore and discover. It doesn’t matter if your life marker is in the present, future, or past. In our sessions we will:

-
Pause from your daily routine.
-
Examine your situation.
-
Discover what your heart, gut, and head are saying.
The best way to navigate your life marker is to increase self-awareness by working with a safe and truthful person who wants the best for you.

What Is Coaching?
Source: International Coaching Federation (ICF) web page
ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.
We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
